One of the girls' best friends turns 10 this weekend. To celebrate, we met up for a walk and shoe decorating party at the state park. Lots of giggles, and lots of balloon fun. And we only lost 3 balloons!

We were lucky to have (a little bit chilly) beautiful weather while we were in New Hampshire. Plenty of time for the kids to play outside! We even took a trip to the playground downtown for some much needed playground exploration.
At the end of our trip we made Pavlova, an Australian dessert, to round out our history study of Australia. Certainly beautiful, but not a new favorite.

We were so thrilled to be able to spend Easter with family this year. It was a fantastic day of baskets, online church, egg hunt and a delicious dinner.

Today the girls went back to in-person Taekwondo for the first time since summer. They attended a virtual evaluation in December and both earned their new belts, but since we haven’t been to class since then, they just received them today, ceremony and all, with two weeks until the next evaluation!
