Our First Trip to NH With Baby

This past weekend, we ventured to take BabySlimJim to NH. Surprisingly, he was great in the car, though it did take us longer to drive with three kids instead of two. Gram was nice enough to come collect us in the event things didn't go smoothly and we needed an extra hand while driving.

It was a fantastic weekend of swimming...

and BabySlimJim spent a lot of time napping, but he also took a sink bath, hung out by the pool, and slept in box.

It was a great trip to NH- looking forward to going back soon!

Friendly Farm

After four years of visiting the Friendly Farm in late spring, we couldn't skip what has become an annual tradition.

MiniM.E. couldn't wait to see the goats again (they have been her favorite animal for years now) and LittleL.G. was excited to see the baby chicks (and take one home!?!).

It was a little cool and drizzly, but we still had a good time.

Spray Parks, A Birthday and Silly Smiles

We've been enjoying the beautiful weather the first couple weeks in June with lots of time outside.

We went to the spray park downtown a couple times. It's much more fun this year now that MiniM.E. is more tolerant of the cold and LittleL.G. isn't afraid of the sprinklers anymore.

(poor BabySlimJim just sleeps... no sprinklers for him yet) 

(being a big sister is hard work for LittleL.G.- lots of unexpected naps)

Monday we had a really fun (but really hot) outdoor birthday party. It was the girls' first slip and slide experience and they loved it!

When she's not napping to recover from her tiring new role as big sister, LittleL.G. is the queen of posing for the camera and these photos are too cute not to post.

Naps and Coffee Downtown

New babies sure sleep a lot! And BabySlimJim is no exception.

The girls love holding a sleeping baby.

And sometimes having a sleeping baby is exhausting for the "old baby" too.

Today we met friends downtown for coffee and some BabySlimJim cuddles.
